Digital Store Terms

1. Eligibility and Orders

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have legal capacity and any required parent or guardian permission, to place an order. Products intended for children must be purchased by an adult.

You must provide accurate contact and payment information. An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and the digital product is made available. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or technical failure.

2. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars. Your payment provider determines any exchange rate or additional bank fee. Customers may purchase from supported countries, subject to payment-provider availability, sanctions, export controls, and applicable law.

Applicable taxes may be added, included, or collected as shown at checkout. Customers remain responsible for any tax, duty, or reporting obligation that law places directly on them.

3. Payment Processing

Payments will be processed securely by Stripe. One Stop AMI does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to its processing of payment and fraud-prevention data.

4. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered electronically to the confirmation page and email address provided at checkout. No physical delivery is included.

Each purchase provides one delivery email and unlimited downloads within 24 hours of purchase. No additional recovery or resend email is provided. You are responsible for using a valid email address, checking spam or junk folders, and saving the file before access expires.

5. Product Licence and Refunds

The standard product price includes a personal-use licence only. Classroom and business use require separate licences. The Licensing Terms form part of every order.

The Digital Product Refund Policy forms part of every order. It explains the general no-refund rule for immediately supplied digital content, the circumstances in which we will investigate or remedy a problem, and the mandatory consumer rights that remain available.

6. Coloring-Book Profit Donation

One Stop AMI will donate 100% of Net Profits from paid One Stop AMI coloring-book sales to Anna Maria Island Turtle Watch & Shorebird Monitoring (AMITW).

“Net Profits” means coloring-book sales revenue actually received by One Stop AMI, less only: sales or similar taxes collected or payable on those sales; Stripe or other payment-processing fees directly attributable to those transactions; confirmed duplicate-charge reversals; refunds required by law; and chargebacks and their directly associated processor fees.

This is One Stop AMI's independent donation commitment. Unless confirmed in writing, AMITW is not represented as the seller, store operator, sponsor, or endorser of the products. Purchases are not direct customer donations to AMITW and are not represented as tax-deductible.

7. Availability and Technical Requirements

We aim to keep the store and downloads available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet outages, payment-provider issues, security incidents, or events outside our reasonable control may delay delivery.

You are responsible for a device, PDF reader, internet connection, printer, paper, ink, and any third-party printing costs required to use the product.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, digital products are supplied for personal educational and entertainment use. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, business loss arising from a personal-use purchase, printer incompatibility that was not caused by a defective file, or failure to save a file during the disclosed access period.

9. Governing Law

These Store Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain any mandatory rights and may have the right to bring a claim in the courts of your home country.
