Anna Maria is studying parking-management options, including hypothetical paid and permit zones. Its published August 2026 map was labelled DRAFT; do not treat proposed zones, rates, or dates as current rules.

What is not mapped yet?

The city lists additional parking at Cortez Beach and south of Public Works, but we could not verify precise entrances and current lot details. Private paid lots and residential street spaces are also excluded until their locations and terms can be verified. We have not estimated walking times, maximum stays, or accessible parking-space counts.
