Printable Product Licensing

1. Copyright Ownership

Original One Stop AMI coloring books, illustrations, written activities, page designs, and related branding are owned by Marika Carson trading as One Stop AMI, except for any clearly identified third-party material used under licence. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Personal-Use Licence

The standard US $5 purchase grants one named purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download the PDF and print copies for personal, non-commercial use within that purchaser's household.

A personal licence does not permit printing for a school class, club, holiday rental, restaurant, waiting room, event, customer giveaway, marketing campaign, or other organization or business.

3. Classroom and Business Licences

Classroom and business use requires a separately purchased or written licence. A classroom licence will apply only to the teacher, class, and scope stated at purchase. A business licence will apply only to the business location, audience, quantity, and purpose stated at purchase.

Until those licence options are available through checkout, contact info@onestopami.com for written permission and pricing. Permission is not granted unless confirmed in writing.

4. Prohibited Uses

Under every licence, you must not sell the PDF or printed pages; share the source file with another person; upload it to a website, shared drive, social platform, marketplace, or print-on-demand service; remove copyright or attribution notices; claim the work as your own; create competing products from it; or use it to train an artificial-intelligence system.

You must not use One Stop AMI names, logos, characters, or artwork to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.

5. Licence Enforcement

A licence may be terminated if its terms are breached. On termination, use and distribution must stop and all retained digital copies must be deleted, without limiting any other rights or remedies available to the copyright owner.
