6. Coloring-Book Profit Donation

One Stop AMI will donate 100% of Net Profits from paid One Stop AMI coloring-book sales to Anna Maria Island Turtle Watch & Shorebird Monitoring (AMITW).

“Net Profits” means coloring-book sales revenue actually received by One Stop AMI, less only: sales or similar taxes collected or payable on those sales; Stripe or other payment-processing fees directly attributable to those transactions; confirmed duplicate-charge reversals; refunds required by law; and chargebacks and their directly associated processor fees.

This is an independent commitment made by One Stop AMI. Unless expressly confirmed in writing by AMITW, it does not mean that AMITW created, approved, sponsored, endorsed, or operates the coloring books or the One Stop AMI store.

The amount donated will depend on actual paid coloring-book sales and the permitted deductions above. Customers are purchasing a digital product from One Stop AMI; the purchase is not represented as a direct charitable donation by the customer, and One Stop AMI does not promise that the purchase is tax-deductible.
