Digital Product Refund Policy

Last Updated: August 29, 2026

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Protected sample pages may be viewed before purchase. This policy applies when paid printable products become available on One Stop AMI. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Digital Products and Immediate Delivery

Our coloring books are digital PDF files delivered electronically. No physical book or other item is shipped.

At checkout, customers will be asked to request immediate access to the digital content and, where applicable, acknowledge that beginning the download may affect or end a statutory cancellation right. If the law where you live provides a non-waivable cancellation or refund right, that right continues to apply.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because digital files are made available immediately and cannot be physically returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is completed. We do not offer refunds because a customer changes their mind, does not use or download the file, lacks a compatible device or printer, exceeds the download or access limits, or expected a physical book despite the digital-product notices.

3. File and Delivery Support

Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same order, received the wrong file, received a corrupt or materially defective file, or could not access the download because of a fault in our delivery system.

For a verified file or delivery problem, our remedy will be to correct or replace the file, restore eligible download access, or provide reasonable technical assistance. We will issue a refund only where applicable law requires one. A confirmed duplicate charge will be reversed because it is not a separate product purchase.

4. Requesting Support

Email info@onestopami.com with the purchaser's name, order email, order or payment reference, product title, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Please contact us promptly after discovering a problem. Expiration of a correctly delivered link after the disclosed access period is not, by itself, a product defect.

5. Chargebacks

Please give us an opportunity to investigate a duplicate charge, delivery problem, or defective file before starting a payment dispute. Starting a chargeback solely to avoid the final-sale policy may be contested using the order, delivery, and download records. This does not remove any right you have to contact your card issuer or payment provider.
